With the rain forecast this week in the Inland Empire and with “Shelter in Place” orders, we wanted to share some fun indoor yoga and exercise activities that can be done by both adults and children. Yoga and exercise fulfill specific learning objectives outlined in the National Standards for Physical Education K – 12. More importantly they are fun to do and allows for good quality family time!
