Ahhh....nothing like time spent in a forest. The quiet rustling of the breeze's soft breath on the leaves. The fresh unique scent of the different variety of trees and plants. The squishy feel underfoot of the fallen leaves in an ancient rain forest. Blue skies set as a backdrop from the many shades of green as the sun peaks through the tops of the canopy layer. One just can't help the feeling of awe just from being in the presence of the trees in a forest. Absolutely nothing like it! And....the health benefits! In science class, we have all learned that we breathe in oxygen and breathe out carbon dioxide and trees absorb carbon dioxide and produce oxygen. How absolutely cool is that? What better place to take deep, cleansing breaths?
